Hands-On Consulting Services
Level 1 - Compliance Support
Includes up to one hour of consultation per month, document review, and monitoring oversight. Additional service options can be tailored to your organization’s needs.
Level 2 - Technical Consultant
Includes Level 1 services, up to two hours per month, CMS-209 designated Technical Consultant, and up to eight visits per year. Additional service options can be tailored to your organization’s needs.
Level 3 - Laboratory Director Services
Includes Level 1 and Level 2 service, CMS-209 designated Laboratory Director for moderate complexity labs, up to two hours per month, and up to 10 visits per year.
Additional services include pipettes, centrifuge, and thermometer calibration, education, Quality Control, and extended consulting hours.
